Being in Your Body: Experiential Mindfulness and Sound Healing

A sensory and meditation journey with taste, texture, breath and silence.

We end with a loving kindness meditation and discussion, and time to write or draw about your experience.

Bring: your yoga mat, blanket or sleeping bag, pillow/bolster, eye mask, journal

The class will be conducted by Connie Magee, LMT, RYT, MS Ed. Cost is $10 / $5 for owners.
