Learn a new way to relax!
Our session begins with 15 minutes of gentle yoga, no experience necessary. Then, your sonic nap with Connie will begin as she guides you in meditation, then we will settle into supported Savasana to receive the sound bath with Tibetan Singing Bowls.
This 5000 year-old therapy profoundly affects the nervous system, down to the cellular level. Divine vibrations of Tibetan Singing bowls enables you to enter a deep, alpha-theta brainwave state, in which healing is stimulated at the cellular level.
Resonating with the eternal sound of the planet- AUM- Tibetan singing bowls provide meditative, therapeutic & transformational healing. The rich blend of harmonic overtones have direct effect on the Chakras. Their vibrations alter our sense of space, mind & time.
You will leave this workshop deeply relaxed, with a settled mind, restful sleep.
Drink plenty of water the day of class. Wear stretchy, comfortable clothing and bring a small pillow.

Ownership means sustaining and growing what we have built. I’m proud to be a co-op owner.
– Christina von Rotz-Brunk
I love stopping by the co-op for lunch. Some days I mix-and-match the hot bar with the salad bar, other days I grab a Turkey Chipotle Wrap. Either way, it’s always great and I’m able to grab a fresh cup of organic coffee to go. – Mike Miriello
We were enthusiastic about the co-op from the beginning. The co-op sells local food, it is downtown, and there are a lot of healthy food options. I just love everything about the Friendly City Food Co-op. - Sherwyn, Owner for 5 years
