Mediterranean Diet

med-diet_posterThe Mediterranean diet has been proven by cardiologists, nutritionists, and dieticians alike
to be a natural, healthy combatant to heart disease. At the same time this timeless diet, rich in
fruit, vegetables and grains, helps lower HDL cholesterol levels, and control Type 2 diabetes.

But the thing most people don’t know is that an authentic Mediterranean diet tastes great!

Claudia Hanna will be teaching us how to prepare simple, organic meals that will please your entire family – and help keep you healthy and fit for life.

Join us in this interactive demonstration.

We will be making Tabbouleh and Tzatziki along with a Mediterranean dessert.

Be sure to bring your cutting board!
