    Join local registered dietitian Lemma Brown for a hands-on Make & Take Overnight Oats class! You’ll learn easy tips and tricks for building a nourishing breakfast, then make your own overnight oats to take home. All materials are included, and each participant will leave with a ready-to-enjoy jar.
