This fresh and easy dip is bound to take the center stage of your summer snacking rotation.
It’s tangy notes of feta cheese are balanced by the bright notes of lemon and yogurt, finished up with creamy and rich olive oil. Dress it up or down for any occasion, whether it be a dip or drizzle.
Ingredients:
8 ounces Dodoni® Feta Cheese
1 cup greek yogurt
1 organic lemon
1 Tablespoon Graza® “Drizzle” Extra Virgin Olive Oil
For Garnish:
Pinch of paprika
Graza® “Drizzle” Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Chopped organic fresh dill
Organic lemon zest
Optional Garnish:
AR’s Hot Honey®
Instructions:
Juice your lemon and set the juice aside. Save the lemon rind if you’d like to garnish your dip with lemon zest.
Crumble your feta cheese and set it aside.
Add your greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and feta to a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth and aerated.
Transfer the dip to a bowl or serving dish of your choosing.
Garnish as desired.
Serve with fresh cut vegetables for a veggie tray, as a drizzling sauce over a dish, as a dipping sauce.
