Round Up for Change Application

If your organization is interested in being a recipient, please review the following information and fill out the form below

To be chosen organizations must meet the following criteria:

Be a registered 501(c)(3)

Be local or serve populations in Harrisonburg or the 5 surrounding counties

Align with the co-op ends policy

Priority will be given to organizations that:

Reflect the cultural and racial diversity of our area.

Are nonpartisan.

Will use this funding for work related to food access, sustainability efforts, community building, equity and justice, or cooperatives.

Will use this funding for specific projects rather than general operating costs.

Have a budget of less than $1 million dollars.

Important notes:

We will not donate to individuals, national charities, political candidates, or organizations that advance a particular religious belief.

Organizations that have previously received monetary or in-kind donations from the Co-op will be prioritized below organizations that have not received any benefit.

To be considered for 2024 applications must be submitted by August 31, 2023 by 11:59PM. All applications submitted after that date will be considered for 2025.
