Deli-Bakery Manager, Full Time (40 Hours/Week) 

The Deli-Bakery Manager leads our deli and bakery team. This leadership role oversees daily kitchen operations, staff development, merchandising, food safety, and financial performance while helping create delicious, high-quality food for our community.

Responsibilities Include: Delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a welcoming shopping experience. Leading, scheduling, training, and supporting the deli team. Overseeing daily kitchen operations, food production, and quality standards. Maintaining food safety and sanitation practices. Developing and costing recipes. Ordering products, managing inventory, pricing, and department margins. Supporting special orders, catering, and community events as needed. Other duties as assigned.
We’re seeking applicants with previous supervisory experience in a deli, kitchen, or foodservice environment. ServSafe Certification is required. 
Pay Range: $27-$41/Hour
