Learn how each phase of the lunar cycle can influence our physical\, emotional\, and spiritual well-being. \nThis class is open to all people\, young and old\, who want to continue engaging in the world and creating healthy communities. Trisha will guide you through a range of teas and herbs that can help support and balance your body throughout each lunar cycle\, offering practical insights and tips on incorporating these natural remedies into your daily routine. During this event\, the café will be closed to the public\, and we will set up our partition wall at the entrance to provide privacy and encourage meaningful conversations. \nClass size will be limited so sign up soon.
