Kitchen Cabinet Herbalism – Vinegar Infusions & Syrups

Join us for a fun evening on the patio with Corey MacDonald of Red Root & Co. and Kathy Buchet of Pachamama Herbal Kitchen as they guide us through the process of making vinegar infusions and syrups using kitchen provisions and locally grown herbs. These vinegars and syrups are another way to help protect your health, especially with the upcoming colder weather.

Kitchen Cabinet Herbalism: Vinegars & Syrups curriculum includes: lifestyle health topics, information on 3-5 plants, learning to make, knowledge of and how to use, vinegar infusions and syrups. Each participant leaves with a jar of infusing vinegar remedy and a syrup, recipes, and plant info handout.

$15/$10 for Owners. Masks are required. Class size will be limited so sign up soon. Your registration/payment secures your spot in the class. Register and pay on the events page of our website, in person at the co-op, or with your Co-Go online order. Owners receive a $5 discount, as always.
