Join Jefferson Heatwole of Shenandoah Valley Organic as he walks you through breaking down a whole chicken into 8 pieces, and creating a marinade for flavor maximization! You will be coached every step of the way through this hands-on workshop and leave with the main course for your next meal ready to go into the oven or crockpot. You’ll also learn about SVO’s story, mission, and their commitment to happy chickens, happy farmers, and healthy families.
